Our department consists of three major areas:
Data: provides company metrics and data driven culture.
Corporate: orchestrates the business needs by removing blockers, so our departments can run on successful strategies.
Finance: supports all departments and areas so they can offer the best experience to our customers.
Together we represent the department that stands for both the company's needs and business priorities and also the customer experience. Additionally, we use our product (Pipefy) as an internal workflow tool.
Each area has particular challenges, but one thing is for certain: our main goal is to adapt processes to be as agile as our startup culture demands without giving up on formalities that might be considered bureaucratic.
